OPI Chrome Powder To Mama is a mirrored silver chrome powder designed to transform any gel shade into an intense, luminous and highly reflective metallic manicure. Created with Zola Ganzorigt, this powder is part of the OPI x Zola Chrome Effects collection and delivers a modern chrome effect that looks clean and refined over neutrals or bold and dramatic over dark shades.

How to use

For at-home use with GELement, prep the nails by trimming and shaping, pushing back cuticles, lightly buffing the surface and cleansing with 99% isopropyl alcohol.
Apply a thin coat of GELement Base Coat to four fingers and cure for 60 seconds.
Repeat on the thumb. Apply one thin coat of GELement color, cure for 60 seconds, then repeat for a second coat.
Apply GELement No-Wipe Top Coat and soft cure for 30 seconds to help the chrome powder adhere properly.
Pick up a small amount of Chrome To Mama with an applicator and rub onto the nail in circular motions until an even mirror finish is achieved.
Lightly buff the free edge, dust off excess powder, seal with a final layer of No-Wipe Top Coat and cure for 60 seconds. Cleanse with 99% isopropyl alcohol, wash hands and apply Glow Up Nail & Cuticle Oil.
For salon use, prep the nail by pushing back cuticles, shaping, lightly buffing and cleansing with N.A.S. 99.
Apply Bond-Aid, then a thin coat of GelColor Super Base or Super Strong Base Coat, capping the free edge, and cure for 30 seconds.
Apply two thin coats of GelColor, curing for 30 seconds between each coat. Apply GelColor No-Wipe Top Coat and soft cure for 15 seconds.
Rub Chrome To Mama onto the nail in circular motions, remove excess powder, seal with Super Gloss No-Wipe Top Coat, cure for 30 seconds, cleanse with N.A.S. 99 and finish with Glow Up Nail & Cuticle Oil.
