Apply a small amount of Pearl Pressure with an applicator and rub onto the nail in circular motions until the desired chrome effect is achieved. Remove excess powder, seal with Super Gloss No-Wipe Top Coat, cure, cleanse and apply nail and cuticle oil.\u003cbr\u003eFor at-home use with GELement, apply base coat, two coats of color and No-Wipe Top Coat, then soft cure for 30 seconds.
